Return & Refund Policy

Return/Refund Conditions

  1. We accept returns of unused and undamaged items for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original receiving date. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

  1. We offer one year warranty on the product commencing on the date of purchase. If you have any problem during use, please contact us and we will try every effort to solve it.

 

  1. Please check with us first before return. We do not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

 

Return/Refund Process

  1. Please send an email to rosarosacleaner@gmail.com first and we will write back to you as soon as possible.

Please tell us the details of your order in the email: your name, order number and reason.
Please don't return the product according to the return address on the package, because we are unable to receive it at that place. We will send you detailed return address by email.

 

  1. Place the item(s) in the original packing.

Returning the product is allowed if the packaging is in good condition and the product is not opened so that it does not influence the second sale.

  1. Drop off your package at your carrier.

Please provide tracking number and website for tracking the logistic info after you return the parcel to us

  1. We receive your return package.

We will check the parcel whether in good or not and then we will handle the refund once we get the returned parcel to your account in accordance to the return conditions.
